Mission Ready Medical LLC’s Rescue Task Force (RTF) Training Course is a comprehensive course for law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics and EMTs.  The course is designed to familiarize the student with active assailant incidents and the response priorities of medical personnel.  Students will learn how to move into Warm Zones under the security of law enforcement, establish casualty collection points, and work within search teams to extract and treat victims utilizing the Rescue Task Force concept.  The class incorporates the standardized TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) and TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) guidelines.  This class reviews the NFPA 3000 ASHER Standard addressing the competencies for Fire and EMS personnel.  This 8 hour class consists of lecture (2hr), skills stations (1hr), and multiple scenarios with different casualty presentations, allowing students to conceptualize movement into the inner perimeter, establishing a casualty collection point, triage and extraction with search teams, and treatment priorities within the different phases of care (5hrs). Cadre for the class consists of experienced Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) providers, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS personnel.
